Geo Transfer Driver App Policies

Welcome to the Geo Transfer Driver App (the “App”), operated by Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd. By using the App, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• The App facilitates drivers in connecting with users for transportation services.
• Drivers must have a valid SLTDA license and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Use of the App is subject to approval by Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd.

• Drivers must comply with all applicable traffic and transport regulations.
• Drivers are responsible for providing high-quality, timely, and professional services to users.
• Drivers must accept payment directly from users and remit the applicable commission to Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd.

• Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd charges a commission for each completed booking.
• SLTDA-licensed drivers may qualify for reduced commission rates.
• Commissions must be deposited within 2 weeks after the service is completed.

• Drivers are encouraged to avoid last-minute cancellations.
• Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd reserves the right to mediate and make a final decision in disputes.

Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate driver accounts for:

• Misconduct or poor service quality.
• Failure to pay the commission on time.
• Violating the terms of this agreement.

• Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any disputes, accidents, or damages occurring during the provision of services by drivers.

• Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd may update these terms at any time, with notice provided to drivers.

• Usage Data: App interactions and GPS location data (to facilitate bookings).

• To verify driver eligibility and compliance.
• To connect drivers with users for booking requests.
• To process commission payments and financial records.

• Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd may share driver details with users for booking purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors or regulatory authorities as required by law.

• We implement strong security measures to safeguard your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• You may access and update your profile information via the App.
• You may request data deletion by contacting info@geotransfer.lk.

• This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Drivers will be notified of significant changes.

• Refunds are applicable for duplicate commission payments or payments made in error.
• Refunds are not applicable for commission disputes due to driver cancellations or user behavior.

• Drivers must request a refund via the App or by contacting Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd within 3 days of the payment.
• Requests should include payment details and reasons for the refund.

• Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 days.

• Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd reserves the right to investigate refund claims and make the final decision.
